Probably our most popular dish ever.. Cornish Blue Fin Tuna Steak, seared just so & on the menu with Peppercorn Sauce & Shoestring Fries.

Throughout the tuna season, we have a standing order with our fishmonger to keep tuna steak on our plates & in Cornwall.

Dependant on the catch of course.. this beauty was caught off the coast of Mevagissey by boat ‘Stargazy’ owned by Kieron Burkhill & filleted by The Cornish Fishmonger

It’ll be on as often as we can get our hands on it.

The freshest fish direct from Newlyn (including Blue Fin Tuna), meat from neighbouring farms, vegetables & Summer berries all from the magic Cornish pantry.
