This is Marley and Bodhi - they are the sons of one of my colleagues in the café. They recently got hold of their Mum’s phone and went on a shopping spree. Understandably, she was very cross 😅 In an attempt to earn back some of the money that they spent, they have decided to sell some small gifts and pic & mix at the beach 🍬🖍️🍭📘
Naturally, I am eager to support the next generation of entrepreneurs so I have let them set up a little table outside the café. So, if you are visiting us today and would like to help two boys pay off their debt, come and check out their table!

Some things that I love about Cornwall are the community-focused initiatives and willingness (by most people here) to protect our oceans. Perhaps because of our proximity to the sea we are particularly aware of how humans can impact marine life. Organised by Emma O'Neill and the local town council, I’m very proud to offer Cornwall’s first “beach toy library” 🪣🪏 by offering free loan of beach toys, we can reduce the amount to new plastic items that people are buying and (sometimes) leaving behind or throwing away at the end of their holiday 🩵
