It’s Independent Business Week, and to celebrate, we’re treating some of the fantastic independent businesses we’re lucky enough to share our high street with to lunch – just to say thank you. ❤️

Yesterday, we fed Jamie from Morek, a specialist technical service provider to the offshore energy market (and "Morek" means maritime in Cornish 🌊).

Jamie chose a West Ave and a Berry Bust Iced Tea – excellent choice if you ask us! 🍓🧋

We’re so excited to continue feeding our wonderful local community throughout the rest of the week. It’s such a lovely opportunity to support one another and say cheers to the independent businesses that help make our high street so special.

We have been working on something, that we think you’re going to like.
Our team of chefs have been trial and testing a range of breads, that will compliment our staple range of sandwiches.
And, we think we have found the one.
Say hello to our crisp, but soft Italian ciabatta.
The crispest crust in all the land, with a soft dreamy centre. It is to die for.

WEST AVE the classic, we can’t let go of. Pastrami, salami, emmental, dill pickle, sauerkraut, flathead lettuce, french mustard.
FARMHOUSE a staff favourite. Smoked ham, cheddar, apple, flathead lettuce, in house slow roasted red onion chutney, mayo.
LITTLE ITALY the ciabattas best friend. Mozerella, sunblushed tomatoes, basil, rocket, pesto.

Introducing: what would Roz get?☀️ Roz, our chef and coffee connoisseur is our longest employee at oggies, and therefore, she knows a thing or two about our menu.
WEST AVE💚 (or the Goat as Roz would say) it’s a party of flavours, a classic and the classic deli staple. Layers of pastrami, salami, dill pickle, sauerkraut, lettuce mustard on a bed of soft Malthouse. ‘It’s a no brainer!’

ICED FLAT WHITE WITH HONEY 🍯 ‘again, a classic.’ It’s perfect, add a drizzle of honey just enriches the deeper flavours of the coffee. Not too much milk please!

Did you know our coffee is locally brewed in Cornwall? The wonderful provide us with the richest smoothest coffee in town. Combining coffee beans from Brazil and seasonally selected South American, the espresso blend is slowly roasted over solar dried Cornish oak to create the distinctive flavour.
