🌿 Something new to try in the farm shop… 🫧

Holey Kombucha is a craft-brewed kombucha inspired by the changing seasons and the land around us.

Holey pairs carefully selected tea bases with wild, seasonal flavours. By foraging ingredients from the land, they capture the changing landscape and work with what nature has to offer throughout the year, creating refreshing brews that are full of character

Do your bit too! Next time you come to Pillars, bring your empty bottle with you and Holey Kombucha will reuse it.

Trick or Treat!

Join us at Pillars of Hercules for Halloween-inspired workshop!

Get stuck into some autumnal fun and design your very own unique tote bag using simple hand-printing techniques. use different materials such as leaves, fresh produce and more to create spooky, one of a kind tote bags to take home with you.

🌱 Join us for our last farm tour of the year! 🌱

When: 27th September, 11am-12pm
Where: Pillars of Hercules, Falkland

It’s been so lovely meeting you all on our farm tours this year but we’ve got just one tour left to wrap up the season.

Just because it’s our last farm tour doesn’t mean the farm is going quiet! There’s still plenty to see on the farm, and Fi has an abundance of knowledge, stories and practical tips to share.

Maybe you’re thinking about taking the leap next year and starting your own market garden, or perhaps you simply love learning something new. Either way, come along, get stuck in and pick up some practical advice from someone who knows the farm inside out.

You will also take home some seasonal goodies as part of the tour too!

🍂 Autumn is a beautiful time to explore the farm. Bring the kids, bring the dog, have a wander around the fields and then cosy up in the café with a hot chocolate and something tasty afterwards. ☕🐾

Rosiebcreates and her creative workshops are back at the Pillars of Hercules — and this time she’s getting crafty with wire flowers! 🌿✨

Come along for a relaxed, fun session and learn how to turn simple wire into your very own beautiful flower bouquet to take home.

No experience needed

Autumn is creeping into Pillars — the leaves are turning, the mornings are getting crispier and very soon it’ll be “woolly jumper” weather.

Its a lovely time of year to visit Pillars so why not make a day of it? Take a wander around the farm, pop into the shop for some goodies, then settle down with a cosy hot drink and something tasty in the café.

We’re looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our busy, friendly café team.

The role will involve keeping the kitchen running smoothly, helping with washing up, cleaning and general kitchen duties, and supporting the team during busy service.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Hardworking and reliable
• Happy working as part of a team
• Comfortable in a busy kitchen environment
• Not afraid to get stuck in.

📍 Based at Pillars of Hercules, Fife
🕐 16 hours per week
📅 2 days out of 7 (can include weekend days )

Sadly our fresh flower deliveries will soon be drawing to a close, and there’s only a small window left to make sure you get your hands on some before it’s too late!

We’ve had some absolutely beautiful displays from our flower fields this year, but as the season starts to wind down, it’s time for us to turn our attention back to the land — sowing, planting and preparing for next year’s blooms.
