✨🌊 EXCITING NEWS! 🌊✨ We are beyond thrilled to share that, due to new land ownership, the stunning lakeside next to Hocus Pocus Play and Magic Beans Cafe is now publicly accessible and will be included in your visits to our enchanted offering! ✨

We're working hard, alongside our fantastic new landlord, to place extra seating and new things to see and interact with. It's going to be the perfect place to sit with a treat from our cafe and extend your visit to our beautiful Cotswolds location.

We'll keep you updated as the area flourishes, but access is already available and you can also walk around the lake itself!

Please note, the lake is NOT currently for swimming and must be treated with the same safety, caution and personal responsibility as any other publicly accessible body of water. Our play area and gardens remain fully enclosed.
