Our lovely Kate is leaving us soon to change careers and we're really going to miss her!! Kate started with us as a Kitchen Porter then moved front of house and trained as a Fryer, which she has been brilliant at! Kate is still with us for a few more weeks, but this does mean we have a vacancy for a Full Time Permanent Fryer, which we're currently interviewing for. Ideally we'd like to take on someone with cooking experience or who has worked in a similar setting, but full training can be given to the right candidate. You need to be physically fit and good at multitasking and enjoy cooking. It's essential that you like working as part of a team and with the public. You need to be someone who likes working in a fast paced, busy environment and who thrives under pressure! You need to have your own transport to commute to Eyemouth if you don't live in the town and you must be aged 18 or over.
