•National Allotment Week•

This week has been so this is a shout out to The Bartons. They are loyal Dunn’s Dough customers, think they’ve ordered from almost every pop up since the very start.
So when they mentioned they were looking to grow basil and San Marzano tomatoes at their allotment, we were super excited to be able to team up with them for some locally grown ingredients. Grown less than 50 metres from our pizza oven, how cool is that!

We got back in front of the oven on Friday evening for our first pop up in a while and it was great to be back after our break.

LOCALLY GROWN 🌱

It felt good to fire up the Gozney again!

We’re lucky our mates have a stellar allotment so this pizza is topped with Eydon basil…really doesn’t get much more local than that 🪴 Picked same day and tasted so fresh. Really did just top off this spicy ‘nduja number nicely.

Oh Campania you spoilt us pizza after pizza and some seriously good vino. Check out this duo from they were up there with the best we’ve tasted. Really reasonably priced but TOP quality. The ingredients were mouthwatering good.

Epic pizza and stunning location! .ristorante_bar was recommended to us by our villa owner and it was superb.
First of many pizzas we’ll be sampling while we are on holiday in Italy 🇮🇹 🍕

•DOUGH BREAK•

You may have noticed we’ve been quiet on here for a wee while, and we can’t blame it on the ever-changing algorithm!

The truth is we’ve just been really busy, our full time jobs are more demanding, Ben has been away for weeks of training and something had to give.
We’re soon off to Italy for our first holiday in a long time and we’ll be stopping off in Naples for a pizza or two! 🇮🇹

We expect to return to the paddles in July 🍕
