Summer is coming, and with it a brand-new summer menu launching tomorrow 🌿
Bringing together fresh ingredients, vibrant flavours and dishes designed for long, relaxed days by the sea, our menu’s are led by Director and Head of Food Andy Briggs, whose creativity and global influences shape everything we serve throughout the year.
As Andy says, “It’s a great time of year for food, and luckily for me I’m thinking about the warmer months well in advance. I’m constantly creating dishes in my head, researching ideas and taking inspiration from all over the world.”
That inspiration can be seen throughout our new menu, from Australian-inspired bircher muesli and Saigon-style chargrilled lemongrass pork with broken rice and crispy fried egg, to a classic lemon posset with macerated raspberries and shortbread crumble.
Designed to be inclusive, relaxed and full of flavour, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. We can’t wait to welcome you.
