We had an adventure of our own this month, when we got to explore a newly designated space in nature, that boasts some of the best views of Exeter, along the Exe Estuary and beyond. Ridgetop Park is this month’s walk and with over 52 acres to explore, there’s plenty to see. Full route and map in the mag!

It’s nearly time for Summer Solstice 🌅

We’ll be open from 4:30am on Friday morning to celebrate the longest day of the year, whether you’re joining for beach yoga or an early morning walk, we’ve got you covered with all of your caffeine and pastry needs!🌊

The survival rate for someone suffering a sudden cardiac arrest decreases by 10% every minute. Using a defibrillator whilst you wait for the emergency services to arrive will more than likely save a life.

Which is why with help from our friends - we’re very privileged to say we now have a Defib with us here at Orcombe Point.

Research also shows that those who suffered an out of hospital cardiac arrest had a survival rate of 56%. Using a defibrillator and delivering CPR straight away could help increase this even more!🌊

We hope to never need it but it’s a comfort knowing it’s there!✨

Exmouth Open Water Triathlon - Just 22 entries left in each race this year.

Or if you would just love to watch the race unfold come along to Marine Drive on Sunday 11th September - Race starts at 0800 with the competitors entering the water first to swim before hopping onto their bikes and finishing with a run.

Element Karbon, Exmouth Cycles & Bumble and Sea are supplying prizes so its all to race for.
