🔥🔥 Top Tips for coming to Tar Barrels 🔥🔥

💷 Bring plenty of Cash 💷 Cards and Contactless don't work well on the night and there's only 1 free Cash Point after 8pm -which ran out last year!

🚫 Don't Bring Glass 🚫 There are plenty of Event Bars around town selling drinks in the Tar Barrel cups, or Reuse your own! Profits from these Bars provide vital funds to support the event. 🔥

📖 Buy a Programme 📖 It contains all the information, location and times of Barrels. It's a beautiful souvenir and a great way to support the event.

🚫 Don't Bring Dogs or Small Children 🚫 The event can get very crowded and can move unexpectedly. It is not an event for people with limited mobility.

📢 Listen to Announcements 📢 Marshals, Stewards, and Security are all at the event to keep everyone safe. PA Announcements will also give safety warnings in the Square (Broad Street)

🌧 Be prepared for Rain 🌧 There are very limited inside areas at this event. ☂️ Umbrellas are No good. Expensive waterproof coats could be damaged by sparks

🚗 Plan your way Home 🚗 There are No late night buses and taxis are usually booked up well in advance.
If you have parked within the Road Closure Area before 3.30pm, be aware the closures are in place to keep everyone safe until 1am

🔥 Enjoy watching our ancient tradition 🔥 Whilst we welcome visitors to watch our tradition, the event is for Barrel Rollers. Please don't try to touch the Barrel or get in the way of the rollers.

Tonight’s the night! 🌟 We’re really looking forward to welcoming you this evening for a relaxed and enjoyable time in the paddock. If you have camping chairs or picnic blankets, please bring them along—as seating is limited. We’ll have a few picnic blankets available to borrow too.

OTTERTOTS CHARITY EVENT

Calling all stall holders!

We are holding a charity event at Ottertots\Amazing grazing in Exmouth on Saturday 23rd of August. If you would like to have a table or section at this event please message me or call on 01395 271987 to book a space. £10 per stall.

You will need to provide your own gazebo and table etc as this is an outdoor event.
We are raising money for hospiscare and 4louie this year.
