You asked, we listened. Non-meat options are COMING.

First up…loaded fries with halloumi, roasted red peppers, pickled red onions, crispy onions & pesto mayo 🔥

I made this at home and put it in front of my toughest critic - the wife. Verdict? Chef’s kiss. ✅

(Feta is also joining the party here - we just forgot it for the photo. She’ll be there, don’t worry.)

Another one of Stubby’s specials, and this one’s not for small appetites 🍔🔥

The “Smoked Stack” brings double smashed burgers, fresh rocket, tomato, and pickles together with smoky burnt ends, crispy onions, and our Stubby’s southern-style mustard mayo.

It’s smoky, saucy, crunchy, messy-in-the-best-way… and stacked high enough to need a game plan before the first bite.

Proof that chips were made to catch beef rib juices 🤤🔥

12-hour beef ribs, cooked low and slow until they’re falling apart at the sight of a knife. Piled over crispy chips and served with pickles, pickled red onion, and Stubby’s southern-style mustard for the perfect punch on the side.

A little indulgent? Maybe. Worth it? Every single bite.

🐷💥 The Piggyback Smash is BACK 💥🐷

Double smashed burger stacked with pulled pork, crunchy pickled veg and drenched in Stubby’s BBQ sauce.

You’re gonna need both hands and at least 6 napkins for this beauty. 🤤🔥

Not a main menu regular… she’s just here for a good time, not a long time. 👀

Now that’s a rack 😏🔥

We don’t play when it comes to beef ribs. Ours are cooked low and slow for 12 hours, showered with serious TLC until they’re so tender they practically melt before you even take a bite.

Served up with chips, pickles, pickled red onion, and a hit of Stubby’s southern-style mustard—because basic just isn’t our style.

Go on, admit it… you’re already craving them.

Bit of a schedule shake-up, BBQ lovers 🔥

We won’t be popping up at Crossed Anchors for the time being, but don’t worry – we’ve got PLENTY cooking.

To everyone who came down, queued up, and supported us there – you made it special. We brought the smoke, the flavour, and the vibes… and that’s not going anywhere.

As always with Stubby’s, it’s all about proper BBQ — real smoke, low & slow cooking and the kind of flavour that keeps people coming back.

New spots, events, and some exciting locations coming your way this summer 👀 To kick it all off, we’ll be at on Friday 8th May 4pm til 7pm, and then at on Saturday 9th May from 2pm 🤙.

So if you know, you know… and if you don’t yet – now’s your chance. If you’re craving the real deal, come find us. We’ll be announcing all upcoming dates shortly 🔥

WOW! SOLD OUT… and then sold out again 😅🔥

First beer festival with = madness. So mad we had hardly any chance to take 📸

You lot kept us that busy we were cooking on-site all day and overnight.

Massive thank you to everyone who came down—
and to all the new faces we met… welcome to the Stubby’s family 🤝

We’ll always say it straight—
We don’t do quick, slapped-up meals.
We do proper BBQ. Low, slow, and worth the wait.

So yeah… when it’s gone, it’s gone. No shortcuts here.
