A difficult but important announcement...
Sometimes life changes in ways you never expect, and when it does, you have to make decisions you never imagined having to make.
After much thought, we’ve made the difficult decision to leave our very cute and much-loved café.
Due to unexpected circumstances, we simply have no choice but to put our family first at this time and are looking to leave as a matter of urgency.
This café has meant so much to us. We’ve poured our hearts into creating a welcoming space for our customers and community, and we’d love to see someone new continue.
The business is ready for someone to step straight into:
* £15,000 goodwill, plus monthly rent of £1000 (to be agreed with the landlord)
* Landlord happy to offer a new 5-year lease.
* Fully equipped and ready to continue trading from day one – no interruption to the business.
* All social media accounts included.
* All fixtures, fittings and merchandise for use (as per lease)
* We’re happy to offer shadowing and support with the menu and day-to-day running if the new owner would find that helpful.
Loads of opportunity to build business and license available until 1am (not in use currently).
