Branches Cafe & Farmshop Delicious brunches, lunches, cream teas & cake, plus farmshop. Our 13 acres of lovely Grounds are free for you to explore We love doggies too!

The Cafe is open every day (except Tuesdays and Wednesdays) from 10.00-15.30. Grounds close promptly at 16.00. Branches Cafe at Poltimore House & Grounds serves delicious, locally-sourced food in a beautiful rural setting just outside Exeter. Join us for scrumptious brunches, lunches, amazing cakes and cream teas - and then enjoy our 13 acres of delightful Grounds. And in 2023 we opened Martinsfie

ld Farm Shop at the back of the Cafe where you can take home locally produced meat, vegetables, bread and a wide range of other goodies. All profits help towards the restoration of Poltimore House & Grounds, and our lovely team of volunteers can't wait to meet you! Doggies very welcome. Keep an eye on our page for updates!

THIS WEEKEND!

We are delighted and excited in anticipation of this weekend's wonderful craft fair at Poltimore House and Grounds, featuring our sensational stallholders and their stunning crafts, photography, jewellery, skin care and much more.

You are sure to find the perfect item to make someone smile (or perhaps even something just for you to enjoy!)

As well as excellent shopping there will be Awesome Alpacas to see on Saturday - they always make us laugh and they are so gorgeous to feed! On Sunday there will be lots of music with entertainment by the Male Voice Choir Resonate and the Rock Choir.

Branches Cafe & Farmshop will certainly be open so you can enjoy scrumptious refreshments and take some yummy local food home for the weekend too!

All in all it is set to be a wonderful weekend - and we do hope you will join us!

PS - if you can't make it this weekend (or even if you can!), come back for our second Craft Weekend on 1st-2nd August!

Wow! Its going to be a hot one again! Out team at Branches are here, ready to serve you your favourite cakes, but I this heat our little kitchen is far to hot to cook in🥵🥵 So we will only be offering cold sandwiches and cakes today.
We do hope you understand.

Due to the success of Branches Cafe & Farmshop, we are looking for a full time, friendly and experienced person to join our team of staff and volunteers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers as a Café Chef, food preparation and catering tasks and cleaning. The candidate must be available to work flexible hours, weekends, Bank Holidays and occasional evenings, and provide CV experience of working in catering kitchens.
