🍂 SEPTEMBER AT CORNMILL YARD 🍂

September is looking VERY exciting at the Yard! 👀🔥 We’ve got a brilliant month of live music, incredible food pop-ups, creative workshops and plenty of good drinks lined up — basically, all the ingredients for some seriously good evenings.

We will be CLOSED on Saturday 12th September as we’re heading off on our very first family summer holiday! ❤️ Friday night will go ahead as usual, and we’ll be back serving your bagels on Saturday 19th September. 🥯

🌞 A little family holiday! 🌞

Just a little heads up that Cornmill Yard will be closed on Saturday 12th September as we’re taking our very first family summer holiday! 🥹❤️

We’re so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we’re very much looking forward to a few days of family time, sunshine and making memories together. ☀️

Friday nights will continue as usual, so don’t worry, the good times are still very much going ahead! 🍻🎶

We’ll be back Saturday 19th September, ready to get the bagels on! 🥯🤎

Meet Zak 👋🏼 — one half of the Cornmill Yard couple! ❤️

By week, Zak is a Commercial Director. Come the weekend, he swaps the boardroom for the bar and becomes our barman, chef, handyman… basically whatever needs doing! 😂

He works SO hard behind the scenes to help make Cornmill Yard what it is, and one of his favourite things has been seeing so many of you coming through the doors and supporting what we’re trying to build.

We really are a family-run team in every sense of the word. You’ll probably notice some changing faces behind the bar from week to week, as friends and family members step in to help us out — whether that’s pouring coffees and drinks, serving food or, sometimes most importantly, babysitting our 9-month-old! 😂

You might even spot her causing absolute carnage in the baby room while we try to keep everything running! 🤣❤️

It’s definitely not always glamorous, and there’s a LOT that happens behind the scenes that you don’t see, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We’re working incredibly hard to create a community hub , somewhere local people can come together, enjoy good food and coffee, meet friends, bring the kids, discover local businesses and just feel at home.

We’re still at the very beginning of our journey, but seeing so many of you coming through the doors, telling your friends about us and supporting what we’re trying to create has honestly meant the world to us.

So from both of us, thank you. For every coffee, brunch, drink, kind word, recommendation, share and visit. It really does make a difference. ❤️

We’re open this Saturday from 10am–2pm, serving our usual Saturday bagel menu alongside a lovely little special! 🍓🥣

Our fruit, yoghurt and granola bowl is perfect if you fancy something a little lighter for brunch, or if you’ve just finished the Evesham Parkrun and want to refuel! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Pair it with a freshly made coffee or one of our smoothies, and you’re all set for the rest of the day. 🙌☕️

We're looking to showcase local authors at Cornmill Yard!

We'd love to host relaxed evenings where authors can come along, tell us about their book, read a few excerpts and chat with our community about their writing journey.

If you've written a book and would love the opportunity to introduce it to a new audience, we'd love to hear from you.

We're particularly interested in local authors, self-published writers and emerging authors.

📚✨ Did you know we have a reading nook? ✨📚

Sometimes you just need a little bit of quiet, a good book and somewhere cosy to sit for a while. 🤎

We’ve created our little reading nook at Cornmill Yard as a space where we hope you can find a bit of solace, switch off and take some time for yourself.

Take a book from our shelf and settle into the nook room, grab a coffee and read in the café, or find a spot out on the decking in the sunshine. 🌿☕️📖

And we’d LOVE to keep our shelves growing! If you have any books you’ve read and no longer need, we’d be so grateful for any donations. Whether it’s a novel, a children’s book or something you think someone else might enjoy, we’d love to give it a new home. 💚

So next time you’re at Cornmill, why not pick up a book and stay for a little while?
