A proper Sunday roast at The Plough at Euxton, and honestly, just LOOK at that plate! A gloriously golden, crispy-edged Yorkshire pudding absolutely stealing the show, piled high alongside succulent roast beef, beautifully roasted vegetables, tender broccoli, golden roast potatoes and that rich, glossy, deeply savoury Sunday roast gravy soaking into every delicious corner.

And then there’s the w**e… 🍷 Pitchfork Sauvignon Blanc 2023 from Marlborough, New Zealand — crisp, refreshing, beautifully balanced and an absolute dream with the richness of the roast. The kind of w**e pairing that makes you stop mid-bite and think, “Yep… this is exactly how Sunday should taste.”
