🐇 Fresh egg fettuccine | White rabbit ragù 🐇
Some dishes tell the whole story of what we believe in here at Pane&Vino.
We start with a whole rabbit, slow-roasted in the oven with celery, carrot, onion, dry white wine and fresh aromatic herbs. Then we hand-pull every piece of meat with patience and care, building a fragrant, silky white ragù from scratch.
The fettuccine? Fresh. Egg. Made the proper way.
Tossed straight into the ragù until every strand is coated, then finished with Parmigiano Reggiano, crispy guanciale and a drizzle of the finest extra virgin olive oil.
