Our burrata, air dried ham and mango and ginger stilton on sourdough, delicious.

And a charcuterie platter with award winning meats and truffle Brie. A meal for one or sharing board for two!

We will be opening at 10am tomorrow to prepare for the day after our medium night tonight.

A busy Thursday at No 1 today!

Our specials this week are…..

Greek style chicken skewers, tzatziki , Greek salad and flatbread.

Burrata on sourdough with air dried ham. Try it with fresh mango, mango and ginger Stilton and a hot honey drizzle or choose it with peaches, cherries and balsamic glaze. Both available as a salad.

Hot honey Halloumi flat bread, tzatziki, pomegranate and coriander.

We also have our ploughman’s board with roast ham, pork and apple sausage roll, barbers vintage cheddar and accompaniments.
Or why not choose a solo charcuterie platter with truffle Brie, air dried ham, fennel salami, olives, balsamic oil and focaccia.

We are open Friday 10-3 (closing early to prepare for the medium night)
Saturday 9-4
Sunday 10-2

Good morning!

We are having another gather and graze evening on the 31st July. The last one was a huge success with amazing feed back on our Charcuterie meats.

We have had to increase the price slightly to cover overheads, staff, and opening the shop on a night. The meats we use are all from an award winning company and we will have some lovely cheeses too along with lots of accompaniments.

It’s a BYO event, bottles of wine or prosecco only please and no soft drinks, these are available to purchase along with hot drinks too.

There will be a £2 corkage fee per person to cover the use of our glasses, we have to wash these and dispose of all the bottles too.

Event starts at 7pm and there is no rush to leave your table it is yours for the night!

Starts at 7pm doors open at 6.30pm, please do not be late.

BYO bottle we have glasses. No soft drinks these are available to purchase on the night. Please note, the antipasti sharing board is not a full meal.

Another very busy week is over for No 1!

Sundays are proving to be one of the busiest days of the week we had people waiting to come in this morning!

As ever we are very grateful to everyone who chooses to join us and overwhelmed that everyone loves our food and little cafe.

Would like to thank our staff too, Jo, Amelia and Emma who work so hard and my hubby who was once again chief pot washer today! And my lovely mum and aunts who have also helped out ❤️
