This week is Refugee Week and we’re baking for courage. 🍞
Our earl grey basque cheesecake is our solidarity bake for Bake for Courage, a campaign we’re proud to be part of alongside other bakeries across the UK. Each bake is made with organic tea from NEMI Teas 🧡 a specialty tea company and social enterprise that invests its profits into hospitality training and employment for refugees at their TRAMPOLINE Cafe in London.
We’re proud to be showing solidarity with the courage of the Refugee community.
