Lobster tails this weekend the flavours came threw people. Talk about taste the difference! We use a charcoal grill with a close lid to encapsulate the flavour and in twine that charcoal flavour into the core of the meats.

Come catch up with Steakman at the fair! This event marks the end of our journey in Epsom. Though I fought hard to stay, aggressive expansion means it’s time to close this chapter and start a new one. I’m so proud of the special community we built here. Thank you to everyone who supported us along the way, we had an unforgettable time and appreciate every single memory!
