Our Wellingtons are made with Prime Scotch Beef Fillets, a White Truffle Mushroom Duxelles (or Chicken Liver Pâté & Chestnut filling), wrapped in Prosciutto Di Parma, encased in a lattice Puff Pastry.

Each Wellington comes with an egg wash kit, parchment paper and Maldon Sea Salt for the finishing touch 👌🏻

Just a quick note to say a huge thank you to everyone that has ordered over the festive period and an apology to those who missed out! We did our best to increase capacity this year and we plan to go bigger again next year 🙌🏻

We are completely sold out for all dates up to and including NY but have availability for Jan 3rd onwards.
