💜 An important message from us at Let’s Go Potty💜
Firstly, we want to say a heartfelt sorry.
Over the past weeks, our phone lines went through a system change which unfortunately meant that many of your calls and messages were not reaching us. We know how frustrating this must have been, especially for those of you who have been patiently waiting to hear about your pottery and we are truly, truly sorry if we have let you down.

This is not the standard we hold ourselves to. Every single piece of pottery you paint with us means something, and every one of you deserves to be looked after properly. We are so grateful for your patience and understanding during this time.

🎨 If you are still waiting to collect your pottery, please don’t worry — your pieces are safe with us!
Simply send us a message here with your ticket number and we will get back to you as quickly as possible, or give us a call at the shop on 01992 874334 during our opening hours:
📞 Mon–Sat: 10am–6pm
🌙 Thurs: Late night til 10pm
☀️ Sun: 10am–4pm
