We are are a micro bakery-cafe, specialising in fine coffee, sourdough bread, and french-style pastr

Formerly known as Little Village Artisan, Folk is a Patisserie/Cafe, specialising in artisan sourdough breads, fine pastries and organic coffee. Previously from New Zealand, we now feature exclusively in Enniskillen. We are about making the best quality products available to the local market, and serving our local community first. We also aim to provide an environment where good folk can come and congregate. Of course if it wasn't for the support of local folk, we would have no purpose!

Pecan Pie

Croissant dough scraps, tossed in cinnamon sugar and roasted pecans, cemented together into a monkey bread by maple brown butterscotch. Baked, and drowned in more butterscotch.

Dauphinoise Danish

A rectangular shaped croissant dough, filled with a terrine of ballymakenny potatoes, layered with infused cream. Baked, then filled with a Claddagh cheese mornay sauce, rosemary fried potato, and more shavings of cheese.

Ham Suisse

Smoked black bacon ham hocks from O’Doherty’s braised in c***r, then pulled and pressed. Slid into a savoury suisse with Claddagh Cheddar from Kylemorefarmhousecheese in Galway, a chantarelle and hazelnut duxelle, and a hazelnut sage aioli.

Apple Crumble Cruffin

Our cruffin shell, bedazzled with an oat streusel, baked, then filled with a glenstall apple compote, vanilla crème pâtissière, a little crème chantilly piped on top, crowned with an oat cookie and more apple.

Return of an autumnal favourite.

Raspberry Almond Croissant

An almond croissant, filled with the usual almond necessities, preserved raspberries, and white chocolate. Carefully garnished with slivered almonds, baked, and finished with meringue, raspberry conserve, and caramelised white chocolate.

The Deadly

Our pain au chocolate, pierced, and filled with roasted hazelnut gianduja and dulce de leche. Topped with some precariously shaped dark chocolate shards and toasted hazelnut halves.

Tomato Danish

Black krim tomatoes, blanched, peeled and brined for days. Slotted into a Danish with fior di latte and fermented tomato sauce. Baked, and finished with some more mozz and oregano flowers.
