A little reminder from us at Angie’s ❤️
We completely understand that plans change — people get sick, circumstances come up, and sometimes you simply can’t make it. But if you’ve made a booking with us and can no longer attend, please, please let us know 🙏🏼
Last night we had a large booking who simply didn’t arrive and gave us no notice at all. With only six tables in our restaurant, we had reserved three tables for this booking.
For a small independent restaurant, losing that much business in one night genuinely has an impact. Those tables could have been filled by other families, couples and groups who would have loved to come and enjoy an evening with us.
We’re not posting this to have a go — just a little reminder that a booking is a commitment, and a quick message or phone call if your plans change makes a massive difference to a small business. ❤️
Going forward, we’ve introduced a 15-minute grace period for all table reservations. If you haven’t arrived within 15 minutes of your booking time and we haven’t heard from you, we’ll have to assume you’re no longer coming and the table may be given away to other customers.
We always do our best to accommodate everyone, and we really appreciate your understanding and continued support of our small business 🥰
Love,
The Angie’s team 🍕
