We think this week's Weekend Special might be Chef Jane's best creation yet — though the responses we had to last week's Death by Chocolate suggest she's already set the bar VERY high.

We're open every day 8:30–4:30 at Kingfishers Bridge Nature Reserve for tea, coffee, cold drinks, home-made lunches, snacks and CAKE galore. Gluten-free and vegan options always available.

Here at Kingfishers Cafe we know how important it is for your dogs to have a treat when you come for a visit.

We have our Canagan special dogs treats, leads, collars and even blankets to keep them warm.

We also know how much they like their Ice Cream treat so today we have some new ice creams for them.

Woof is our new Plant based one with Vanilla, Carrot and Apple flavour.

Then we also have Pawvale chicken flavour.

Give them a try when you are next in to see us.

What a busy day it was today. Lovely to see so many people enjoying the Nature Reserve, and coming to see us in the cafe to. In fact you cleared us out there was hardly anything left when we cleared down this evening.

We would like to say thank you all for supporting us, it is truly lovely seeing people out there enjoying nature.

Our lunch menu is getting bigger! 🥪🍰

This week marks the start of us widening our lunch menu, with even more delicious choices for you to enjoy at Kingfisher Café! 😋

We’ve got some delicious ciabattas, including our NEW Bacon Ciabatta, served with your choice of Stokes tomato ketchup or brown sauce. 🥓🥖

Plus, we have quiche with side salad, Ploughman’s and many more delicious delights, all lovingly cooked by our chef Jane. 👩‍🍳

And don’t forget our Children’s Wildlife Lunchbox 🐝🦋
It contains:
🥪 Ham or cheese sandwich
🥔 Packet of crisps
🧃 Carton of juice
🍎 Piece of fruit

We had some very happy little customers enjoying their lunchboxes today after having fun pond dipping with the wardens! 🐸💦

And, of course, there are always our delicious homemade cakes waiting to tempt you… 🍰😋

🔎🏞 Our expert wardens offer FREE pond-dipping sessions every Wednesday morning until the end of August, for a wonderful introduction to the mysterious underwater world of ponds. (Dress to get a bit muddy!)

🍽 Meanwhile our very own Kingfisher Cafe is now offering children's lunchboxes too, for just £5.50. Plus chef Jane's wonderful range of sandwiches and ciabattas, homemade cakes and treats, and wonderful coffee and cold drinks — every day 8:30–4:30
