If you’ve ever wondered who keeps everything running smoothly at Le Spice, chances are you’ve already met him.

Whether he’s welcoming guests, making sure every dish leaves the kitchen just right, or somehow managing to be everywhere at once, Amin is the calm in the middle of the dinner rush. 😄

He believes great food is important… but making people feel at home is what really matters.

💬 Fun fact: If Amin says, “It’ll only be a couple of minutes,” somehow it always is. We still haven’t worked out how he does it!
