In 2024/2025, our Head Chef & General Manager set out backpacking through South East Asia, where they found rich regional culinary heritage, local food traditions & vibrant flavours.

Now, those inspirations come to life in a limited-run dining experience taking over Urban Fresh!

Celebrating the delicate balance of bold aromatics & intricate spices; We’ve blended authentic street food soul, with modern contemporary style dining!

Our Sticky Pork Belly Taco deserves its moment 🌮
