First visit to the Aerodrome Cafe and what a pleasant experience.Great place to be, very family orientated.We visited on a rare "Sunny" Sunday where families had all made the same decision as us and come out to watch planes and helicopters coming in and out of the Aerodrome.You could see all the kids watching the aircraft manoeuvres with great excitement.My brother and I were on motorcycles so parking can be a bit challenging if it was busy, however we arrived early so had no issues.Food was copious and freshly cooked to order. Service was fantastic as well.My brother and I have now tagged this a one of our favourite bike destinations to meet up (me living in Portsmouth and brother in Ipswich).Highly recommended!

As the autumn chill sets in, nothing beats a hearty, warming dinner 🍂

Our slow cooked lamb shank, served with creamy mash, seasonal vegetables and rich gravy, is the perfect dish for a cosy meal at the Aerodrome Cafe.

Pair it with a glass of red w**e and enjoy the views while you dine.

Amazing place for a family brunch! The kids and grownups loved the location being able to watch so many amazing aircraft taking of and landing while enjoying a meal and cold drink. There's was plenty of space on arrival despite it being a very popular on warm and sunny day. The staff were helpful and attentive. QR code table service is available for food and drinks which are excellent and prices were very reasonable. A great family morning or afternoon out, I would highly recommend a visit!

Absolutely lovely. Great atmosphere, good coffee and it is really cool to see the planes and helicopters take off.Bathrooms are very well maintained and clean.If you live in greater london or Hertfordshire its a must come!!
