Owner, chef and mum of three.

Amelia is usually found in the kitchen at Carnaby's or cooking for family and friends at home. Food is her passion and sharing it with others is what she loves most.

Whether it's with a piping hot cup of tea or an ice-cold rosé in hand, she's the kind of person who can effortlessly whip up something delicious if you pop round unexpectedly.

“My favourite part is seeing Carnaby’s become part of people’s lives and families. People come back to celebrate special occasions, catch up with friends, or simply relax because they enjoy what we offer - and that’s really special.”

Thank you to everyone who joined us for another sellout Secret Supper Club - such a special evening with incredible food and a lovely atmosphere.
For those new here sisters and chefs Linny & Amelia create a surprise set three-course menu, only revealed when guests arrive on the night!
We’ll be back with another Secret Supper in September after a little summer break as Linny gets ready to welcome her new addition.
