We’ve recently received feedback from some customers saying our chips aren’t as good as they used to be, and we would like to start by offering our sincere apologies.

Our chips are always freshly cut in‑house. We fully agree our chips were absolutely fantastic when we first opened. Even though we kept using potatoes from the same brand, the quality hasn’t been the same since then.

We have spoken to our suppliers and trialled many different types of potatoes, but we still haven’t managed to get back that original taste from when we first opened. This year’s dry weather has also limited the range of potato varieties available.

We’d really appreciate your input. If you know of any good potato varieties for chips, please feel free to share your thoughts with us. We will do our very best to meet everyone’s expectations. Many thanks. ❤️

Hi everyone,
We’ve noticed a few of our customers confuse Sweet & Sour Chicken Balls with Cantonese Style Sweet & Sour Chicken. They are two separate menu items with different presentation:

🔹 Sweet & Sour Chicken Balls
Deep‑fried round chicken balls served with sweet and sour sauce on the side for dipping. No vegetables included. ( Our menu set meal B is with that)

🔹 Cantonese Style Sweet & Sour Chicken
Crispy chicken pieces stir‑fried in glossy sweet and sour sauce with pineapple, bell peppers and onion. Chicken is fully coated in sauce. (Our menu set meal C is with that)
