We’re hiring! ☕💚

Join the team at the Ground Up Cafe, Theatre Porto, Ellesmere Port, as our new Supervisor.

At The Ground Up Project, we empower neurodivergent people through inclusive employment, meaningful development and community-led innovation. In this role you’ll help run daily cafe operations, make great food and drinks and support our young neurodiverse learners to grow in confidence and skills.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Supervisory experience in a cafe, restaurant or school setting
✅ Barista skills and strong food safety and allergen knowledge
✅ A passion for hospitality and passing on what you know

The details:
📍 Theatre Porto, Ellesmere Port
⏰ 20 hours per week, mainly 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday (some flexibility for the right person)
💷 £24,120.13 to £26,630.58 (pro rata)
📝 Enhanced DBS check required
