As some of you already know, all of our bakes are made in-house by Ashlyn. 🌙🧁
While most of us are asleep, she spends hours through the night baking fresh scones, traybakes, cheesecakes and cakes ready for the café each morning.
Because everything is baked fresh, our selection may vary from day to day. We might not have exactly the same treats every day, and on particularly busy weekends we may even sell out of some of your favourites.
That is a choice we make intentionally — we would much rather bake in smaller batches and serve everything as fresh as possible than bulk buy cakes and compromise on quality and freshness.
We also have some new products coming soon, and we’d love to know what you’d like to see next!
