Our secret is in the stock 👀🦐

Did you know that our fish stock isn’t bought - we make it in-house, from scratch, cooking fish shells slowly for hours to extract every bit of flavour.

And we don’t cut corners. We mainly use langoustines, an expensive ingredient, but one that gives our stock that incredible depth, sweetness and richness you can truly taste in every dish. 🍝✨
