George is one of our Star Waiters at the Barley Mow. He has worked with us for 2 years while studying at University📚✨

He is a lively and outgoing person who loves to go out and socialise with his friends when he is not working. He’s always in the mood for a boogie and is a guaranteed to make you laugh😄🪩🍻

His favourite drink is a classic pint of Cruzcampo and if he came in for a meal he would order the Potted Mackerel, The Devon Crab and the Basque Cheesecake 🍰🦀

Sophie is a long time resident of Englefield Green and is so its only right that she works at the heart of the village

She is currently studying music and is an excellent pianist. She loves playing and watching sport, art and travelling - she always has a tan😉

Her ideal Heartwood Inns meal would consist of the greatly missed Trout Gravadlax starter, the pork tomahawk and an affogato for dessert☕️🍨
