And if you were to ask us if we have a theme, our answer would be a very simple:

No.

The food is loosely rooted in simple, down-to-earth, high-quality pub grub. But it’s indie, bold, and doesn’t need to fit neatly into a box.

Seasonal ingredients. Proper staples. Big flavours. And a menu that can go wherever we want it to.

🪩PEOPLE'S LEISURE CLUB IS 1⃣ YEAR OLD!! 🪩 Can you believe it?? The past 12 months since our club venue officially opened have absolutely flown by in a complete blur of clubnights, gigs, day parties, comedy shows, cabaret, dance moves, laughs, tears, hugs, sweat, good times and plenty of refreshing drinks! We've hosted HUNDREDS of events and THOUSANDS of customers in this time and we can't quite beleive we've got this far already 🤯

We want to send a huge heartfelt thanks to all of our incredible staff past and present who have put in the hard hours to keep things going and make the place a home. To our promoters and clients who bring the culture - let's keep d**g more! And our community of dancers, gig-goers, attendees - what a really sweet lot you are, we already feel a really nice family vibe around the venue after such a short time. We're here for you! Thank you!

So starting tonight we're celebrating with some great parties with some of our amazing resident promoters each of whome have built a new and exciting space for their people - and we invite you all to come share the love...

It’s time to talk about the future of food here at The Gilded Saloon.

Head Chef Josh Rich and Tomás Gormley have created something incredibly exciting: a menu built around both Staples and Seasonal offerings.

Our Staples are the elements we know and love, dishes that are here to stay and form the foundations of the Saloon experience.

Alongside them, our Seasonal menu will continually evolve, bringing the most exciting and delicious produce to the table as it becomes available.

Guided by the seasons and the natural world around us, this offering may change daily, weekly or seasonally, always keeping a pulse on what’s growing, what’s at its best, and what our talented kitchen can do with it.

These menus are available from today, and we invite you to step into our universal dining experience filled with everything you love, alongside things you never knew you could imagine.

And, perhaps most importantly, leaving us all with that sense of anticipation: what’s next?
