Sourdough toasties are seriously delicious, and there’s real science behind why. Here’s what makes ours different:
🕐 Slow-fermented for 24+ hours. Complex flavour that fast bread can’t build.
📉 Lower glycaemic index (~54 vs ~72 for standard bread). Gentler on blood sugar, steadier energy.
👅 Deeper flavour, darker crust, open crumb that holds melted cheese beautifully.
🌿 Many people find it easier on digestion than standard bread.
