Kitchen experience is essential. Seafood experience would be a bonus but it’s not a dealbreaker.
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, enjoys working in a busy kitchen and still genuinely still loves the industry.
You’ll be working with quality Scottish seafood, shucking oysters and helping us keep developing the menu.

Our summer menu switch up at Browns is underway!

First up… Our CLUB (Crab Lettuce Under Bacon)
Brioche roll custom made by Krema bakery filled with Korean spiced crab, apple, spring onions and cucumber mixed with a lime mayo, Gochujang glazed bacon and romaine lettuce kimchi.
