We’re looking for a full-time chef to join the team at Shrimpwreck. Both spots , Browns of Leith and Portobello available.

Kitchen experience is essential. Seafood experience would be a bonus but it’s not a dealbreaker.
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, enjoys working in a busy kitchen and still genuinely still loves the industry.
You’ll be working with quality Scottish seafood, beach supper-clubs and helping us keep developing the menu for both sites.

This oyster topping is up there with of our faves!
These beautiful Cumbrae oysters are topped with lemon granita, blackberry gel and dill. If you can, hold these in your mouth for a min to let the whole thing melt and fuse together, take a couple of chews and release it doon the hatch.
