We're counting down to Edinburgh Cocktail Week and, if you're a fan of fantastic cocktails, we're bringing a cocktail well worth stopping in for.

This year, we're serving Lilac & Gooseberries. Ben Lomond's blackberry & gooseberry gin meets Lillet Rosé for a light, fruity, wine-touched sip. A dash of Creole bitters adds a bit of warm spice, and it's topped with Schweppes Pink Grapefruit Soda for a crisp, fizzy finish. Garnished with a grapefruit wedge.
