Here at Toby Carvery Lauriston Farm, we believe there's only one way to do our beloved British roast
(915)

Toby Carvery has been serving since 1985, with nearly four decades honing the classic British roast. At Lauriston Farm, chefs arrive at dawn, prepping vegetables and tending joints that cook low and slow for depth of flavour and tenderness. Families and friends across Edinburgh gather here for hearty carveries any day of the week, from midweek plates to leisurely Sunday spreads. Every serving aims for just-right portions, proper trimmings, and that signature comfort that makes Toby the home of a proper roast.

Guilty of not posting it’s been a different few weeks !👀…

Bear with us as socials gets handed over to our lovely shift supervisor Cameron, because I (Chloe) will be officially leaving next week 😱!!

I’ve loved the years of carvery deck photos, silly TikTok’s and interacting with you all, socials has truly been my favourite thing to do in all these years. I’ll miss all our regulars massively, it’s been 10 years of Toby fun! - so much has happened and I’m so thankful for it all.

If any of you are on the other side of town and fancy a steak, I’ll happily welcome you at the brand new M&C Charwood 🥩.

Thanks for the mems folks, I’m now off to go pester Cameron to get posting ###
