Our menu is rooted in the flavours of Southern Vietnam, bringing traditional Vietnamese cooking together with a modern twist. We care about the balance of flavours, the textures, the way each dish is put together and, just as importantly, how the whole experience feels when you sit down with us.
There’s warmth in the food, detail in every plate and a sense of comfort that we always want to keep at the heart of NAM.
