Today is the day!!! It’s been a long time coming and a lot of hard work. Massive thanks to our friends in Vietnam - Dang for Tradition (working with BUI COFFEE SUPPLY), Thy for Horizon (ThyThy Farm 🍀 | Specialty Arabica Coffee 🇻🇳) and Uncle Son for Pioneer (Sơn Pacamara). ❤️❤️❤️

So exciting to finally have this ready. It’s been planted, grown, cared for, harvested, processed, sourced, packed, shipped, exported, imported, sampled, roasted, designed, packaged and photographed ready to go! ☀️

Points to note:

💥Pioneer (Heirloom) was entered into the ‘Golden Bean The Americas 2025’ by River Phin Coffee Roasters in the USA and won a bronze medal (big up River Phin Coffee and Uncle Son!)

💥Tradition (Fine Robusta) is an orange co-ferment and won crowd favourite / ‘Most loved robusta’ in Vietnam’s ‘Amazing Cup’ 2026 as well as winning number 3 overall!!

💥Horizon is what we have chosen for our espresso in the coffee shop as it’s a really clean fully washed coffee and is very versatile as it’s bright and tasty black yet it also works brilliantly in milk based drinks too.

🎶Now available on our website should you wish to try any of them! Link in bio…

It may be summer, and it may be fringe festival, but you’d have to be very hopeful to expect no rain here in Edinburgh! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Luckily we’ve got you covered with hot drinks all evening long ☕️
