This September, Harajuku Kitchen will have the privilege of joining forces with The Hoxton hotel and Dream Sake for a one off Japanese brunch offering celebrating the culinary heritage of Japan. Dream sake will guide the most sublime journey of sake pairing in the iconic, stylish and timeless setting of the Hoxton hotel.
The event marks a celebration of all things Japanese. Founder | Creative Director, Kaori Simpson and Head Chef, Nobuo Sasaki will present a decadent live sushi offering showcasing seasonality, and the balance of the finest Scottish ingredients crafted with Japanese precision.
The collaborative menu will be served as part of the Hoxton’s Hedonistic Brunch series. Join us on Sunday 27th September. £45 per person.
