The Albanach The Albanach is a treasure of a pub in Edinburgh Treat yourself to a true taste of Scotland at Edinburgh’s Albanach. Whisky. It’s the best of both worlds.

And when we’re talking a true taste of Scotland, there’s only one place to start. The Albanach has no less than 330 different types of malt whisky on offer. Inside, you’ll find bare stone walls and muted colours for a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh. There’s a dedicated pub restaurant at the back serving up family-friendly food while the front is a traditional Scottish pub.

The beer garden is the place to relax on sunny days and four-legged friends are welcome as we're dog-friendly too. Coaches are also welcome. Feel the love for Scotland at the Albanach.

The performers have packed up, the costumes are back in the suitcase, and the Royal Mile feels strangely quiet...

So naturally, there's only one thing left to do: have a whisky.

At The Albanach, we're keeping the Edinburgh spirit going with a proper local line-up:
