Dear Valued Customers and Friends,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of Roti, our Pakistani and Indian Punjabi restaurant at 42 South Bridge, Edinburgh.

Over the years, it has been our absolute pleasure to serve this vibrant community — sharing the rich and authentic flavours of Punjabi cuisine and creating memories that we will always carry with us. However, due to the sharp rise in energy costs, increased wages, and the continued surge in ingredient prices, we have had to make the very difficult decision to close our doors.

We are truly grateful to every single person who visited us — whether you came in once or were a familiar face — your support has meant more than words can express. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your lives, for your kind words, and for enjoying our food.

To those whose experience may not have been what they hoped for, we sincerely apologise — your feedback has been valuable and appreciated.

While this goodbye is filled with sadness, it is also filled with gratitude. Thank you for supporting Roti. It has been an honour to serve you.
