Launched in 2009, The Edinburgh Larder has been included in The List's Food and Drink Guide Hit List and built a solid reputation as being the gem of the Royal Mile for seasonally fresh, locally sourced delicious food. We work closely with local farmers, fishmongers and fruit and vegetable suppliers to bring you the best of Scottish produce. With a regularly changing seasonal menu and daily market

specials, you'll experience the delicious flavours of the countryside. We're proud to offer a uniquely Scottish experience that doesn't stop at the food. Our menu also offers a range of Scotch malt whiskies, Scottish brewed beers and artisan, locally roasted coffees and loose leaf teas. We also cater for private functions, and have hosted a number of events in our premises and off site which can be tailored to your requirements.

Every dish at Edinburgh Larder tells a little storyβ€”of the land, the seasons, and the people behind the ingredients.

All our smoked fish is supplied by Belhaven Smokehouse just outside Dunbar. Enjoy with perfectly poached eggs. And for the veggies, seasonal asparagus is back on the menu at Morningside.
