On Thursday 27th we will be celebrating in this valued occasion with our take on the classics.

This perfectly balanced Pecan Pie , enhanced with treacle, almonds & Pecans in a short pastry crust.
Then laced with Bourbon to elevate .

We love this dish in for all the right reasons.

On Thursday it will be part of our collaboration with Richard Kirkwood five years birthday celebration.

Created by my dear friend when he ran his beautiful restaurant Jardines on Jordans Winery .

He is a bit of a food hero to me.
It consists of a thin layer of feuilltine
A ganache of milk & dark chocolate & praline. A light chocolate glaze is topped with vanilla creme Fraiche .

Here we are carrying on the tradition of Ocean Roast Sundays .
We are working with North Sea landed Monkfish.
Monkfish is such a versatile fish , its firm structure allows the perfect roasting joint ,lightly peppered then roasted over coals.
It comes with all the trimmings that one would expect for that satisfying roast . Roll on Sunday its going to be a good one ☝️

The venue in a new location on Charlotte Street .
The Chef residences are still as good as ever .
The wine bar is a delight beautifully & thoughtfully created.
The engine rooms downstairs are making & creating delights for so many.

Ollie & Edd Templeton have still been able to capture an innovative we environment for their team , an abundance of talent on show focused
Yet all done with a quiet humble way .
