We're back! Come to Stockbridge Market this Sunday for one of our delicious vegan falafel wraps. All home made to my own recipe in a lovely flatbread from Taza Bake. Not one for trumpet blowing, but last time out, an Egyptian chef said they were the best he had tried outside of Egypt. Soon we will also have pyramids too!!! Actually we do have that business park just off the M8. Aaaanyway - hope to see you for some fine festive fayre on Sunday :) John

We're at Stockbridge Market tomorrow (Sunday). And the good news is that pomegranate season has started so we'll have the Turkish press out again. Quite why there's so much media interest from journalists in Istanbul I'll never know. Two years ago I travelled to Israel and Palestine to get inspiration, and falafel was always washed down with fresh pressed pomegranate juice. Its one of life's great joys.

On Saturday 29 June, a man will come to a large courtyard* in the shadow of a fortress and several taverns, with wholesome and tasty wraps based on the chick pea. Its the European elections, so in the spirit of internationalism, and also the spirit of promoting myself only before a major event concerning myself (yes I have been quiet on social media lately) - take a look at our new banner which will sit atop our Gazebo at Edinburgh Grassmarkets on 1 June.
