275 Easter Road has been serving locals since the 1950s, and today John proudly keeps the tradition going after taking over in 2016.

Just a few minutes’ walk from Easter Road Stadium, we’re perfectly placed for Hibs fans heading to the match. We stay open late on game days, so swing by for a proper bite to eat, a hot drink, or something cold — all reasonably priced and freshly made.

Whether you’re grabbing something on the way to the ground or stopping in after the final whistle, 275 Café is here to keep you fuelled.
