I'm sorry to have to write this post. I cannot believe that one of my best friends Raphael Marino Ross passed away over the Christmas period. Just to let people know if anybody knows of Rafa. I met Rafa around 16 years ago. He popped into the quick and plenty cafe for a coffee Americano with 5 sugars. Not long after i reopened it after the loss of my mother. Rafa told me nice stories about my mum. He used to fancy her. From that day he came seven days a week for 16 years straight. you will be truly sorely missed by all. If any of his family see this post it would be nice if you could get in contact with me so that I know what has happened to a great friend and if there is a funeral we would love to attend.

We are back sorry for the absence😁. A lovely family from Winnipeg Canada. Which was lovely I have family there and I've been on holiday there. They decided to try to quick and plenty cafe for a lovely breakfast come hungry leave happy 🍳😊

Thank you for popping into the quick and plenty cafe for your breakfast come hungry leave. The girls decided to meet up in Scotland for a short holiday one all the way from Canada Winnipeg and one from Madrid Spain. We also made them try haggis hope you loved it. 😁🍳

If you're visiting Edinburgh this Fringe Festival don't forget to pop in to quick and plenty and try our famous Scottish burger consisting of haggis 100% beef burger ration of bacon fried egg and fried onions topped off with the choice of your sauce but preferably brown sauce come hungry leave happy🍳😁
