It's that time of year for the Lobster Style Roll!

8.5" toasted brioche roll, hearts of palm "lobster", diced celery and shallots in an Old Bay Spiced creamy dressing. Topped with garlic butter and chive. Served with a side of salted ridged crisps.

Butt & Ben

Our play on Eggs Benedict but instead of English Muffins we're doing two butteries, maple-smoked seitan bacon, two sunny side down fried "eggs", Hollandaise sauce, freshly cracked black pepper and chive. On until Sunday 10th May or sell out!
