Red w**e should always be served at room temperature… right?
Not quite. “Room temperature” meant something very different before central heating came along - and some reds actually benefit from being served a little cooler
So yes, putting a bottle of red in the fridge for a bit is completely allowed. W**e police won’t come for you (depending on the type of w**e though, no promises)
